Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Quaka, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or use the service with legally valid parent or guardian involvement. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

Quaka is a fitness and coaching platform, not a medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaches are independent providers and are not Quaka employees. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a program, particularly if you have an injury, condition, pregnancy, medication, or other concern. Stop and seek help if activity causes concerning symptoms.

Coach listings may offer renewable access plans. Before purchase, Quaka displays the price, billing currency, billing period, included benefits, and renewal terms. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the displayed period until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next charge; access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds, taxes, trials, and promotions are governed by the checkout terms and applicable law.

Some current purchases are completed on Quaka’s website through a web checkout. Payment processing is provided by a third party. Manage or cancel a web subscription from the Quaka account/subscription area or contact support@quaka.co. App-store purchases, if offered, must be managed under the relevant store’s subscription controls and rules.

Coaches must accurately describe qualifications, services, availability, prices, and benefits; provide purchased services professionally; protect client information; obtain appropriate licenses and insurance where required; avoid medical claims outside their authority; and comply with consumer, tax, and professional rules. Quaka may verify, suspend, or remove a coach or listing.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Quaka a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions. Prohibited content and conduct are described in the Community Guidelines.

Users may report content or accounts and block users. Quaka may review automated signals and reports; limit visibility; remove content; preserve evidence; warn, suspend, or terminate accounts; and contact authorities where appropriate. We aim to review urgent safety reports promptly, but do not guarantee that all content is reviewed before publication. Appeals may be sent to safety@quaka.co.

Do not misuse the service, scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits, bypass security, interfere with operation, impersonate others, send spam, manipulate reviews, exploit payments, upload malware, or use Quaka for unlawful, dangerous, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or abusive conduct.

You may stop using Quaka and delete your account in app settings. Quaka may restrict or terminate access for breach, risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive—including payment obligations, licenses already required to operate the service, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Quaka does not guarantee a particular coach, result, uninterrupted service, or that user content is accurate. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, Quaka is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid to Quaka in the preceding 12 months or the minimum amount required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your country. Disputes should first be sent to legal@quaka.co so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice for material changes; continued use after the effective date means acceptance where law permits.
